Organization
The Swedish Postcode Foundation's purpose is to promote a positive and sustainable change for mankind and nature by supporting organizations and short-term projects that work towards a better world. The Swedish Postcode Foundation has an independent board that ensures that the activities are in accordance with the statutes and in conformity with the Foundation's purpose. The Board has meetings throughout the whole year.
The operational staff is headed by a General Manager to ensure that the activities are continuing in accordance with set guidelines and goals. There are three project managers responsible for monitoring and controlling the ongoing projects. They work closely together with a Project Coordinator and a Marketing Coordinator. An Assistant is responsible for the administration of the organization.
