Current and previous projects funded by the Swedish Postcode Foundation.
The Swedish Postcode Foundation supports projects all over the globe. All projects have a fixed start and end date with a number of planned activities to ensure that the objectives of the project are achieved during this period of time.
The project should lead to a positive change and improvement that is easy to identify. The Swedish Postcode Foundation normally approves a project which runs for 12 months.
